I love this version of Meiko. Her rather manly design is so bishounen/ikemen in this PV XD I modified a regular double-breasted coat for this one, so it wasn't too hard at all. Extra thanks to ~aramis01 for helping me with the wig-styling and *SweetSkitty for wrapping my bandage-boobs in the morning XD
